How the VPA Program Works
The VPA concept is simple and effective. An agency or company that will require emergency water contracts with Element H2O for a definite quantity now, before an emergency strikes, and receives a firm commitment for water delivery at a commercially reasonable price. Element H2O agrees to allocate capacity to the VPA and will deliver upon direction of the agency. By contracting in advance the agency receives a guarantee of emergency water at a commercially reasonable price but only as required for emergency use...
Element H2O benefits by establishing a new customer relationship and assists should an emergency occur. This is a win/win for both parties.
